Weight Loss Plans

Without the right guidance, keeping your weight in check can be quite a task. And the chances are that you might have been trying to lose weight for quite some time now. Thankfully, losing weight is much easier and simpler than you may think especially with the right guidance.

With my weight loss plans that is exactly what I’ve kept in mind to help you with your fitness journey. A lot of people don’t understand the right way to lose weight, and why to even do it in the first place. Losing weight is not just about how you look it will help you get healthier, and fitter, and even prevent all kinds of medical issues.

And as much as exercise is important for losing weight, your diet and nutrition play a 70-80% role. So unless you are eating right, losing weight becomes quite the challenge. Thankfully, with the right guidance, losing weight also becomes equally easy.

Now you might be wondering how exactly I will help you lose weight with my diet plans. Well for starters, the primary thing is to focus on your calories. Theoretically, if you are eating fewer calories and burning more calories at the same time, you will start losing weight. This is due to your body’s daily energy requirement or the TDEE.

If you are familiar with the human body, then you will know that the human body requires energy in the form of calories for all body functions. This includes body functions like respiration, digestion, brain function, body repair and growth, and pretty much everything else. And this caloric energy comes from the food that we eat.

But since everyone has different bodies, different lifestyles, and different body requirements, not everyone needs the same amount of calories. This includes factors like your age, height, gender, physical activity, fitness goals, and quite others. And because calories work as fuel for the human body, considering the same is extremely important.

So before you even start losing weight, you first need to check how many calories you need in a day. You can do the same by calculating your TDEE. And this TDEE is essentially your daily energy requirement which is represented by the number of calories you need.

Now because of how the human body works, your body will change quite a lot depending on how many calories you eat with respect to your TDEE or daily requirement. For example, let’s say that you have a TDEE or daily energy requirement of 2000 calories, then you will eat food accordingly. So, with a TDEE of 2000 calories, you can simply eat 2000 calories every day. Doing so will help you maintain your current body weight without any issues.

However, if you start eating more calories like 3000 calories in a day with a TDEE of 2000 calories, your body will have more energy than it needs. And because your body now has excess energy, your body will start storing this energy for use in the future. Unfortunately, because your body stores energy in the form of fat, eating excess calories will lead to weight gain. Not only will your weight go up, but the stored fat will also make you look bigger. Such a diet with extra amounts of calories is called a calorie surplus diet.

Thankfully, because of the way how the human body functions, losing weight is also quite easy! Opposite to gaining weight, you must start eating fewer calories than you need. So, if you have a TDEE or daily energy requirement of 2000 calories, you can switch to eating 1500 calories. Since your body now has a lack of energy, it will start getting this energy from the fat stored in your body. Such a diet with fewer calories is called a calorie deficit.

In other words, your body will start to burn the fat stored in your body. With this, you will start losing inches from your body and more importantly start losing weight. Since you have an energy gap leading to weight loss, you can increase this by increasing your daily energy requirement while eating fewer calories. The easiest way to do the same is to start exercising which will help you lose weight even fast.

Some of you might be even wondering that if I just need to eat less to lose weight, then why is proper nutrition so important? Well, as much as your body needs calories to function, it also needs a variety of nutrients like proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals, and more! While you can easily get all of these if you are eating adequately, things are much different when you are eating less to lose weight.

And most people who are trying to lose weight end up missing important nutrients for reducing their calorie intake. In the long run, this can result in various issues much bigger than weight gain. Thus, when you are getting in a calorie deficit, it is highly important that you are picking the right food items.

Instead of eating less and missing out on essential nutrients, you can switch to healthier food options with fewer calories that still offer other important nutrients. And since tracking your nutrients can be quite complicated, having proper guidance is highly important.

This is exactly what I keep in mind while offering my weight loss plans to all my clients. To help you lose weight and maintain it, all of the diet plans are devised accordingly. I ensure that you are eating a variety of food meals that not only taste great but offer you all-around nutrition.
