Hi! I am Aanya Sharma

I have been a certified fitness and nutrition coach since 2020. And with a deeper and further study of the world of nutrition and fitness, I have been accredited as an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certified nutritionist. Over the years, I have trained and worked with thousands of women and men around the world to adapt to a healthier lifestyle. With my nutrition and workout plans, I have helped people get consistent, stronger inside and out, and become the best versions of themselves.

And to further help people with their health and fitness goals, I came up with Protone. With Protone by Aanya, I aim to improve the lifestyle of the masses by helping them in making the right lifestyle changes. Whether you want to get a healthier body or want to get fit, you can train under me with the help of Protone. Protone allows me to offer various nutrition and fitness services to all my clients around the globe.

Losing 20 KGs with PCOS

Before becoming an ISSA certified nutritionist & fitness coach, I also went through a major transformation. From losing 20 KGs to reversing PCOS, I’ve been through a lot in my teen years.
