Fat Loss Plans

Because of the modern lifestyle habits around the globe, a lot of us face various health issues that can be of all kinds. And out of all these health issues, obesity is currently one of the biggest ones. In fact, it is safe to say that obesity is a hidden pandemic around the globe with so many people struggling with their weight and how their bodies look.

Fortunately, whether you want to lose weight and lose fat for health reasons or to simply achieve the body of reasons, the process of losing fat is much easier and simpler than you may think. While you can certainly lose fat on your own, doing the same under proper guidance makes the whole process even better and easier.

So what exactly do you need to lose fat and get in shape? Well, the simple answer is you first need to start focusing on your diet and what you eat. As much as exercise is important to lose fat, hitting the gym alone won’t get you any results. And if you are not doing it right, losing fat will instead make you frustrated with yourself.

You will be surprised to know that when it comes to losing fat and losing weight, your diet and nutrition play a 70-80% role in getting the right results. Until and unless you change your eating habits and your lifestyle, losing fat is almost impossible because of how the human body works.

While it may seem like rocket science at first, it is quite easy to understand the human body and how exactly we gain fat and we can lose it. If you have tried to lose fat or lose weight ever before, then it is safe to assume that you must have heard about the term calorie before. In case you have not, a calorie is a unit of energy that we get from the food that we eat.

And because the human body performs a large number of functions on a daily basis, it needs energy from all of these. Whether it is respiration, brain function, digestion, body growth, and repair, or pretty much anything else, you need energy for all these. And yes, you also need energy for all the physical activity you do in a day which makes getting the right amount of calories from your food.

Unfortunately, if you are not keeping your calorie intake in check, things can go south really fast. This is due to the reason that all of them require a specific amount of calories in a day. And since everyone has different bodies and different lifestyles, this amount of calories is different for everyone. Thankfully, you can easily calculate the same by calculating your TDEE.

TDEE or total daily energy expenditure simply tells you about the total amount of your calories your body needs on a daily basis. And the same depends on factors like your age, height, gender, physical activity, fitness goals, and others. You can either calculate the same on your own or take the help of a dietician for the same.

But once you have calculated the same, losing fat, losing weight, gaining weight, or maintaining your weight becomes extremely easy. To help you understand this better, let’s consider that you have a TDEE of 2000 calories. This means that you will need 2000 calories every day to get all of the energy that your body needs.

So with a TDEE of 2000 calories, your body will spend all of the 2000 calories that you eat in a day. As a result, your body won’t have any excess calories or excess energy left in your body at the end of the day. With this, you will be able to maintain your current weight without any issues.

On the other hand, if you end up eating more than your TDEE, that is eating 3000 calories in a day with a TDEE of 2000 calories, your body will end up having extra energy and calories by the end of the day. Now that your body has excess energy, your body will end up storing these calories in the form of fat in your body. And this is exactly what leads to fat gain in the first place. This form of eating excess calories from your diet is called being in a calorie surplus diet.

While you may have already figured out the same, you simply need to do the opposite of a calorie surplus in order to lose fat and lose weight. And the opposite of this is called a calorie deficit diet where you consume fewer calories than your TDEE. So with a 2000 calorie TDEE, you can eat 1500 calories in a day to be in a healthy calorie deficit. And this will help you lose fat and weight to finally transform your body.

Although, since you are completely transforming your body and might be losing a lot of fat and weight, doing it the right way is highly important. If done incorrectly, you may face bigger issues than fat and weight gain. This is due to the reason that since you will be eating less in a calorie deficit, you may skip important nutrients if done incorrectly.

Therefore, you should consider consulting a dietician for fat loss in the first place to ensure a healthy and successful fitness transformation. Even with my fat-loss diet plans, I ensure that all of the food items added to your diet are offering all of the important nutrients that you need. And all of this is done while keeping your calorie intake in check so that you can easily and effectively lose fat and weight as well.

Since fat loss and weight loss is not a sprint and more like a marathon, I also ensure that all of my diet plans are highly sustainable. This ensures that you can not only lose fat in a healthy way, but you can also maintain it once you have lost the same.
